Dolphins are wild animals living in their natural habitat.

Sea & You cannot guarantee:

  • Dolphin sightings

  • Swimming with dolphins

  • Specific wildlife encounters

These experiences depend entirely on weather, sea conditions, and animal behavior.

7. Liability

Sea & You is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings lost or damaged

  • Injuries caused by failure to follow instructions

  • Delays caused by weather or external factors

  • Actions outside of Sea & You’s control

Participation in marine activities is done at the customer’s own responsibility.

8. Health & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in marine and snorkeling activities.
